• Reason for the visit (annual check-up with cleaning, emergency or other)

• To handle and confirm your appointment request
• To maintain your patient file in accordance with legal obligations for healthcare providers
• To comply with our legal obligations as a dental practice

3. How long do we retain your data?

• Patient files: minimum 30 years in accordance with Belgian patient rights legislation
• Appointment requests without a treatment relationship: maximum 1 year

We never sell your data to third parties. Your data is only shared in the following cases:

• With other healthcare providers, only with your explicit consent and within the context of your treatment
• With processors providing technical services (e.g. email processing), bound by strict data processing agreements
• When required to do so by law
